Studios Anastasios can be found in a quiet part of Potos, only 500 meters from Potos Beach. Everything you may need, from supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, gift shops and rental shops are all within very easy walking distance. We can offer you accommodation for 4 people in our studios and apartments.
All are fully air-conditioned and have kitchenettes equipped with everything you may need. If you want to explore the area, you can find many other beaches and things to interest you and your family. A short walk towards Limenaria will find you in Pefkari is only a few hundred meters away and has one of Thassos Islands 7 Blue Flag Beaches and a full water sports centre. Less than a kilometre in the other direction heading for Aliki you come to San Antonio Beach with its uncrowded sands and clear shallow waters.

Studio 1
Studio 1 is a ground floor studio tastefully decorated in cool muted colours. Enter from the balcony and you will find a modern double bed close to the patio doors with a long desk/table opposite. Next to the bed is a fold away single bed suitable for a child. At the other end of the studio is the kitchenette will everything you need to prepare a hot drink or meal. The bathroom is spacious and ultra-modern and includes an enclosed shower, wc and hand basin.
Studio 2
Studio 2 is also on the ground floor and is stylishly decorated, muted colours have been contrasted with hot splashes of colour giving a vibrant romantic feel. Entry via the balcony takes you into this spacious studio. A luxurious double bed awaits you, there is also a sofa for you to relax on which also serves as a sofa bed for a child. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you may need and has the added benefit that it can be completely hidden behind a large sliding mirror! The bathroom, again, is fully tiled in neutral colours with some hot splashes and has wc, enclosed shower and basin.
Studio 3
Studio 3 is the final ground floor studio and is for the seriously passionate! This trendy space is highlighted by hot earthy colours and has a super comfortable round bed plus a fold down chair bed if needed. Studio 5 is the second of three first floor studios, it is spacious and has a double bed, sofa bed and a kitchenette which can be completely concealed. The bathroom is modern and beautifully decorated and has a shower, basin and wc.
Studio 6
Studio 6 is the last first floor studio and is themed with flowers and subtle cool shades. The comfortably furnished balcony is perfect and gives you another space to enjoy a drink or meal, morning, noon or night! The multi-coloured bathroom has an enclosed semi-circular shower, wc and hand basin. The small kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a snack or drinks.

Our Maisonettes
We have two identical, fully air-conditioned maisonettes which offer a touch of luxury. They are situated in a paved courtyard with parking outside.
Entry to the maisonettes is from a covered and furnished patio area into the comfortable living area. In this well designed space you will find a sofa which converts into a double bed, flatscreen television, dining table and chairs and a full sized and fully equipped kitchen.
An internal staircase leads from the living area up to the first floor which has a super bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower. The separate bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table and its own large, furnished balcony with panoramic views.

We offer you a choice of self-catering holiday accommodation in our newly purpose built, air-conditioned complex of 2 studios and a 2 bedroom apartment. There are 3 spacious, air-conditioned studios built in 2013, fully equipped and fitted to a very high standard. Each studio has it's own private entrance and all have furnished balconies with mountain views where you can enjoy your meals or a drink. Wi-Fi is available in all the studios and public spaces.
Studio 1
Studio 1 has 3 beds, a double bed and a sofa bed , it is comfortable for 2 adults and a child. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, including toaster, cafetiere and kettle. The kitchenette is recessed and does not intrude into the living space. The living space has the beds and a flatscreen television and leads onto the large, private balcony which is furnished with a dining table, chairs and umbrella. The bathroom is super! It is beautifully equipped with a toilet, wash basin and large, enclosed shower cubicle.
Studio 2
Studio 2 is the same as 1, except that it has twin beds and a sofa bed.
Studio 3
Studio 3 is a flexible 2 bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and the living area has 2 sofa beds. Studio 3 also benefits from having 2 furnished balconies, one on the front off from the living area with mountain views. The second balcony can be accessed from both bedrooms and has the added benefit of some sea views over to Kinira island. The living area has the sofa beds, dining table and chairs, flatscreen television and the kitchenette which is set in an own alcove. The kitchenette is fully equipped for 6 people. The bathroom is fitted to a very high standard and has a toilet, wash basin and enclosed shower cubicle.
"Villa Dimitra" is built in the green island of Thassos, in Skala Potamias. The pension is a family business and we are ready to welcome our guests in a pleasant and hospitable atmosphere. In our wonderful garden, which is full of flowers there is a barbeque, parking area and playground for children.
